The label, much like the wine, is a nostalgic throwback to some labels of old and features the heritage listed church that we use as our winery and sometimes cellar door Oddio in Bowden, Adelaide. 6 7 weeks on skins. 2nd use french oak for 14 months on lees. 2 months in stainless steel prior to bottle.
