Marc Bredif Vouvray Classic 2024 Syrah Jean-Marc's winemaking is marked byThe Wine The grapes for the Classic are harvested by hand. Once in the cellar, they are pressed, and the must is clarified for 18 to 24 hours to clean it. It is then fermented at a controlled temperature and the wine ends up ageing on lees for 9 months in a tank. A brilliant pale gold color. A bouquet full of the aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit (Pear William). Citrus notes are present upon breathing (grefruit). The attack is gentle with a
