Yannick here manages to capture the grape in all its glory. Directly pressed fruit from 50 year old vines on clay makes for a seriously formidable bistro wine. Pouring a vibrant yellow, this is full of pithy citrus, stones and savoury salinity. Inject this into my veins. ABV: 12%
