Eureka Handle Socket Assembly for 3982 / D Series EL7070A Fits: Windsor VacPac 10 andThis handle socket assembly is a replacement part for Eureka upright vacuum cleaners. The socket is the pivoting joint where the handle meets the vacuum base, housing the connection that lets the handle recline for cleaning and stand upright for storage. Inside, it routes the wiring that carries power up through the handle. This assembly (Part #38379 2) is designed for the Eureka 3982 and Eureka D series uprights. A cracked or worn socket can cause a
