There are some dark/black patina marks on the inside of the locket which I can't clean off

PLEASE NOTE: One of the opal has a chip/crack in the side and has sunken into the setting slightly

the rolled gold finish has worn in areas and there are some dents on the face (see pictures/video)

The item has been ornately hand engraved and it has the original innards
