The Hound’s Brick sub-Natural History MarvellousOrigin: English Period: Late Victorian Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1870 1900 Height: 3 Depth: 5 Width: 9 The unique red English hand made brick displaying a large hounds paw print to one side, a capsule canine as it were, the whole preserved from the high Victorian period. The brick is complete with some expected chipped losses and there are remnants of the old mortar. The brick was obviously salvaged because of the print and it now remains a
