progressing to mint humbugs and barley sugar and followed by a hint of smoke and peat flavours

which has inspired us to categorize it as a bourbon even though it doesn't strictly qualify we don't know why but suspect the barrels used to age it are not 3 new oak

Raymond R Collection Chardonnay - 750ml Talbott Campfire not includedFermented in stainless steel tanks with only a very small amount of oak, this R Collection Chardonnay opens with citrus aromas of lychee, mango and star fruit. Bright pear, green apple and honeysuckle flavors are complemented by a touch of vanilla. This is a crisp wine with balanced acidity and an elegant finish.
