This fantastic single malt whisky is made in France strictly using 100% organic barley grown in the Poitou Charentes region. The spirit is distilled in traditional copper pot stills, yet the real flourish with this dram comes with the aging process. The whisky is aged for 8 years in French Oak Limousin casks which
