Cinzia Bergaglio, La Fornace Gavi Cabernet The aromas range from gooseberriesCinzia Bergaglio, Gavi di Tassarolo La Fornace is 100% Cortese which fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and then settled for a few months in vitrified concrete tanks. The wine is delicate and crisp, pure and clean. It is a superb expression of Cortese, flowery with hints of lemon, peach and apricot, sprinkle of wild herbs and ends on a dry, mineral finish. Cinzia Bergaglio owns 7 ha of vineyards planted on calcareous and
