Rooster Rojo Anejo Tequila (750ml) Flavored Moonshine luscious ruby red grapefruit flavorThis aejo Tequila was made with blue agave, using the Fabrica de Tequilas method of cooking the pia with steam in autoclaves for 10 hours. A special yeast is added to the agave juices prior to fermentation, before Rooster Rojo anejo is double pot distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged in oak. Water filtered through Mexican silver is finally added to blend the product down to 38% ABV. Nose: Vanilla fudge and coffee rise through well roasted
