Aromatic and excellent for mixing, its been aged in ex bourbon casks for five years. The distillery has a series of column stills on site to making a range of rum styles, with the business dating all the way back to 1824. Nose: Light yet buttery, theres a zesty lemon, coconut and vanilla, alongside cloves and other
