2022 Sauvignon Blanc - SOLD OUT Merlot Once the base wine isSOLD OUT This wine sees some skin contact and is matured on lees for 15 months prior to bottling. Lush lemon curd and oatmeal scents and flavours with touches of saline sea spray, ginger spice notes, green apple and faint quince elements. It has a glorious, dart shaped form in the palate, stretching long and to a fine, squeaky point, with faint, talc like tannins lending shape. A clever and sophisticated (and great drinking!) rendering of SB here.
