La Zerba Il Galletto Gavi di Tassarolo, Gavi DOCG, Italy 2022 Sartarelli some green pepper and allProduced from Cortese grapes from a small block of old vines grown on an outcrop of iron rich (Terrarossa) clay soil which gives structure and minerality to the wine. The colour is an intense straw yellow with greenish flecks. It has an excellent structure and minerality, fine and complex to the nose with scents of pink grapefruit and pear. Round, fresh and sapid with a certain persistence to the palate.
