September 29 | Sourdough II | More Techniques Table Your $25 seat includes lunchWe have had lots of requests to bring back our "Advanced Sourdough" class this class is a new an improved version of the advanced class based on feedback from previous students. In this casual class we will gather in the workshop to talk all things sourdough from successes to struggles, to what you hope to get out of your sourdough baking (thing adding nuts, seeds, cheese or dried fruit, sweet sourdoughs, higher hydration, different grains etc.,).
