I stopped to see the view (which there was none) but soon noticed the frost on the trees in the area

Sunrise in Denver from Sloans Lake Size:20"x30" With the afternoon lightIn the fall of 2012 I went to Sloans Lake to photograph at sunrise since it is the time of year the sun will rise directly over the city. As some of our stormy and overcast conditions have moved on I headed to the same spot in late September this year as well to capture a similar image at sunrise. Once again I waited for the sun to rise and little and positioned it at the Four Seasons which is the middle of the skyline from this perspective.
