As you may know it, like all of the distillerys Sherry Oak releases, is matured in hand picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, so it contains all of the well known sherried Speyside spice and dried fruit that we anticipate from Macallan. Aromas include fresh apple, red rope licorice, roasted oak, and general Christmas. Mature and well oaked, with the sweetness of juicy
