On a windy spring day I was able to head up to the clock tower of East High School

however the low clouds added to the scene

It was an interesting morning weather wise as some change is in the air

As a spent a week in Santa Fe I worked on capturing abstract images of the architecture which provided a sense of place

Ridges in the Mountains Size:24"x36" On a windy spring dayHeading south on the Alaska Railroad from Fairbanks to Anchorage is quite an experience. In early March one year I took this trip and was fortunate to have nice conditions, and yes cold, as the train made the twelve hour journey. As we passed through the Alaska Range the low clouds provided scenic views along with temperatures near zero as I watched from an open window in the train.
