Dremont & Savart 'Ephemere 017' Bouzy Grand Cru, Champagne, France NV Chateau de France Still tight and rather closedThe 017 is a true treat, as it is entirely Pinot Noir from Bouzy & Ambonnay, possibly the two greatest sources of Pinot in all of Champagne. This is based on the 2018 harvest with some reserve wine, and shows its flashy, soft Pinot texture beautifully with a beautiful citrusy lift.
