Copper Baking Sheet - Half-Sheet 1 5/8" highThe half sheet copper cookie baking sheet is built with thick copper. The sides are high, allowing for these to be used for more than just cookies! Each sheet is hand wiped with tin using food grade tin made in Iowa, and are therefore food safe, though using parchment paper will extend the tins life. Half Sheet dimensions: 18 x 13 x 1 (the sides are 1 high and hand sanded) Please note the hand wiped tin will not allow you to use these cookie sheets
