Pierre Lurton and technical director Pierre-Olivier Clouet told me that the final blend is 72% merlot and 28% cabernet franc (it was 75% merlot and 25% cabernet franc during the Primeurs)

L'Aventure, Cote a Cote Vintage:2012 the wine is freshThe 2018 Cte a Cte is a blend of 51% Grenache, 26% Mourvdre and 23% Syrah aged in 35% new French oak. It has a medium ruby color and bright aromas of cranberries, blackberries, dusty earth, tea leaves and licorice. The medium bodied palate has expansive, spicy, juicy fruits in a silky frame, and it finishes very long and layered. 900 cases produced.
