Minuty M Rosé Tamdhu lemon honey and smoked oystersMinuty M Ros is crafted from vineyards across Provence, where a blend of schist and limestone soils contributes to the wines bright and expressive character. The blend consists of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren, selected for their balance of freshness and fruit purity. Grapes are hand harvested and swiftly transported to the cellar to preserve freshness. Grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature controlled
