Bushmills 21 Year Old Islands Palate: Characteristic sweetDESCRIPTION Bushmills single malt 21 year old was released after the popularity of the small batch release in 2016. Triple distilled and matured for a minimum of 19 years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, then finished in Madeira casks for a further 2 years. Non chillfiltered and bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Honeyed malt, wood, raisins, dark chocolate and a hint of mint. Palate: Mellow maltiness, wood,
