Weinlaubenhof Kracher Burgenland Auslese cuvée 2020 Clementin du Chateau Pape Clement with medium acidFull aromas of mango, papaya and star fruit with a whiff of floral honey. Very ripe, creamy and juicy, but with lovely, citrusy acidity and a salty touch at the very clean finish that pulls you back for more. A cuve of chardonnay and welschriesling, made from grapes with plenty of noble rot, some of it shriveled berries. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
