Emerald City Green-23 cruella Tom designed these bespoke framesThis frame is a reproduction of a frame designed and launched in 1950 and wed like to think a grown up Dorothy would have worn this dramatic vintage cat eye style handcrafted in premium black acetate. Look at the slippers at the tips of the arms which are also encrusted with crystal emeralds in a homage to Dorothy's famous footwear.
