Rosat Trepat Corpinnat Brut Reserva 2023 La Lecciaia Vines (bush) are 25-80 yearsCase of 6 bottles. Now part of the Corpinnat brand. Made from 100% Trepat grapes, grown in Spain's Peneds region, at the Ubac estate in Sant Joan de Mediona at an altitude of 500 metres amsl. Harvest was in early October. Only a few hours (~8) skin contact to extract colour, then temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with yeasts present on the grapes. Second fermentation took place in the bottle with a minimum of 24 months aging
