This imparts the mouth wateringly juicy flavours and is the perfect combination with the fermented honey spirit. Of course, the honey used from the fermentation is also sourced locally. Mead is a pretty versatile drink and can be served as an aperitif, with a mixer like lemonade or heavily chilled over ice.
