An authentic Walloon product that only exists in its traditional stoneware bottle

Or maybe an Old Fashion

fleshy character

Seehof Rheinhessen Riesling Kabinett Elektrisch 2025 CS20230828 From the producer: RefreshingFlorian Fauth at Seehof has quietly become one of Rheinhessen's most reliable growers, working organically across a patchwork of limestone rich sites. The cuve's name says it all: Elektrisch electric. This is Kabinett in the classical lower alcohol, lightly off dry mold, and the acidity here truly does feel like a current running through the glass. Pure, weightless, and built for the table.
