The base cider was fermented to dry, then bottled late summer with fresh pear apple juice and disgorged to finish. It is a light, crisp, early season pressing, sunny autumn morning in a bottle. Aromatic and fruity, the story it tells is not a complicated thing, honey, peaches and cream. Medium dry on finish, there is a small amount of residual sugar. Chill before opening.
