Peats Beast Cask Strength 52.1% 70cl Doorlys Fermentation proceeds with minimal extractionThis is the cask strength version of Peat's Beast which is more intense and a bit of a handul. On the nose is has honey notes with vanilla spice, then the peat smoke comes in, back by sea spray and charcoal. The palate is powerful to start then revealing, banana , treacle and mocha backed by a spicy finale of ginger and cinnamon and the ever growing smokiness.
