Rosy is a Blaufrnkisch ros (with a splash of Zweigelt) from the Wellanschitz family in Mittelburgenland, made by Stefan Wellanschitz the same hand behind the more experimental Kolfok wines. Whole clusters, about a day of skin contact for color, native yeasts, minimal sulfur, organic farming. What comes out is crunchy and mineral rather than soft and sweet, with the
