Olivier Savary Chablis 2020 Color:White Domaine Bernard Defaix Chablis 1erRadiant light yellow with greenish tints. Racy nose with wonderful mineral presence backed by fruit. Full, ripe and closely integrated palate flowing into a fresh, tense and clear cut finish. This is a rich mouthful of a wine, with ripe notes of red apple and green plum. Behind the fruit, there is a soft vanilla edge that adds depth of flavor.
