The term single barrel means that the blend of rums is aged in "new" oak casks for approximately one more year and then bottled one cask at a time. The taste of Cruzan Single Barrel Estate Rum is rounder and smoother than many after dinner drinks and thus presents an exciting alternative to cognac and
