with mixed berry flavors

A riper-vintage character of black cherry and wild-raspberry fruit hits first on the nose

It evokes blackberries

It offers a wide range of aromas: blackberries, blueberries and currants then red pepper and licorice with a hint of balsamic. Rich and elegant on the palate with a long persistence. Fantastic with sweet and sour dishes, aged cheeses, and Sunday first courses. Baked and grilled meats. Game. Traditional Abruzzese dishes such as Pecora alla callara.
