On the nose notes of red summer berries, sweet spice and crushed violets, underscored by cocoa and an earthy minerality. Very approachable on the palate with great acidity and a refreshing texture leading to further red fruit flavours. The finish is crisp and lingering. Try with grilled Andouillette with mashed potatoes and a mustard sauce, roast spiced lamb cutlets with pilau rice or a simple chilli pepper omelette.
