Coup de Jus Space Monkey 2024 seminar-template (or Un Jour de 1911)Space Monkey is a Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois white from Coup de Jus, the ngoce label run by Graud and Pauline Fromont of Domaine des Marnes Blanches in the Jura. The fruit comes from old vines on limestone in Alsace, fermented whole cluster in neutral barrel and bottled with little to no added sulfur.
