Mills x Oliver's Nachmelená Hruška Size_355ml Twelve year old Citra hopsThe third season making our Pilsner Perry hybrid with the legendary maker Tom Oliver. On his farm in Ocle Pychard he makes cider and perry in small batches, using fresh pressed cider apples and perry pears, spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts. Nachmelen Hruka was made by co fermenting Herefordshire perry pears (2024 harvest) and wort made in the style of a Czech svtl lek (light lager), using Czech grown barley and, for this third edition, US
